Do you need a coach?

I (Nicky Wangsgard) forgot to mention what I'm doing for the 2014 cycling season. I recently became a proud mother of two beautiful twins, Sidney and Deklan. I am having the time of my life. They are sooo special. I'm spending more time at home with kiddos and putting more time into coaching. I have my level 3 coaching certification and coaching insurance. I'm also working on a level 2 rank.

If you need a coach, call me at 435-817-3939. Or email me at wangsgardnicky@gmail.com. I charge $150.00 a month, which includes free access to training peaks.

I've recently teamed up with Felicia Gomez (Pinnacle Training Systems). Between my experience as an all-a rounder/sprinter and Felicia's climbing and time trailing expertise, I believe I can help you reach your cycling goals. Call me anytime.

Good luck....and thanks for reading.

Team is taking a year off...We hope to see you in 2015.

Nicky Wangsgard here. I regret to inform you that Primal Pro Women will not race the 2014 race season. We could not find cash sponsors to help us continue program. I will work on securing cash sponsorship for the 2015 race season. In the mean time, I will continue to be an ambassador for Primalwear and host race/cycling clinics near my home in Southern Utah. I will also continue to be an ambassador for Side shoes, Enzo Button Hole products, ProGold lubricants, BH bikes, ENVE wheels, and Smith Optics. We could not have accomplished what we did this year without you, thanks.

For the 2014 race season, several of our riders have found new homes. Kaytie Scott will be racing for Intermountian Health Care (Utah based women's elite team). Kori Seehafer will be coaching the USA paraolympic team. Tiffany Pezzulo has two wonderful options and will make a signed commitment soon. Joanie Caron and Melina Bernicker have not announced their plans yet. I will keep you updated.

Thanks goodness women's teams are returning. While several, like us, will not be returning, luckily Vanderkitten, Tibco, DNA/plan 7, Colavita, and Optum are returning. I'm still waiting to hear more about a few new teams that are in the process of forming. I want to see women's cycling grow. I will continue to do what I can in the mean time to help. For now, there are still not as many funded women's teams, races, and opportunities for female cyclists. I encourage you to do what you can do to promote women's cycling.

Thanks for reading and supporting our mission.
